Fairino FR10 – Palletizer with or without lifting column

Modular Palletizing Solutions with the Fairino FR10

The FR10 palletizing station is available in two versions: with lifting column (lifting range 1140–1670 mm, 45 mm/s) and without lifting column (fixed height 1100mm). Depending on the gripper and product size, the versions allow an approximate stacking height of 1400 mm without and 1800 mm with lifting column. Both versions operate on AC 220 V, 400 W. Pallet sizes: 1200×1000 mm / 1200×800 mm. The mobile unit can be moved by one person, total weight approx. 240 kg (with lifting column).

Control is provided via touch panel, WebApp or mobile devices. Graphical programming (drag & drop) and SDKs for C#/C++/Python enable fast commissioning. Interfaces: Modbus, TCP/IP, digital I/Os; optional Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP. The integrated Fairino palletizing software allows easy configuration without programming knowledge.
