Compact FlexSorter Station for Precise Part Sorting with Vision Integration

The QKM Tobot FlexSorter Station is a space-saving solution for automated sorting of thin sheets, silicon wafers, and irregularly shaped parts. It handles sizes from 2–120 mm with a vibration load of up to 1.5 kg. Bin capacity ranges from 8 to 15 L, cycle times are 1.9–3 s, and accuracy reaches ±0.07 mm.

Control is managed via FlexSorter software with a 13.3″ touchscreen. Interfaces include AC/DC power, emergency stop, and Ethernet. Compatible with vision systems (top camera, optional bottom camera) and robot models such as AH3-0400 and AH6K-0600.

Perfect for pick & place, sorting, and assembly in electronics, medical tech, automotive, and toy industries. Especially suited for small batches and multi-product workflows.
