LAT-Flex is a compact, modular conveyor system designed for modern production lines. With a system length of up to 25 m and a conveying speed of approx. 8 m/min, it handles workpiece carriers up to 5 kg per segment. The drive is fully electric via a 90-watt motor (230 V or 400 V), eliminating the need for compressed air. Positioning accuracy is ±0.3 mm in X/Y and ±0.5 mm in Z. Thanks to its worker-safe design, no protective housing is required.

The integration of LAT-Flex into existing automation systems is simple and cost-effective. Electromagnetic stoppers, controlled via digital inputs and outputs, enable precise positioning without pneumatic components. The system can be mounted flexibly – upright, suspended, or rotated by 90° – and supports multi-track layouts for large parts such as bumpers or instrument panels.
